Each project starts with an initial meeting to understand our clients’ requirements and discuss their expectations. During the meeting, we share ideas, offer suggestions and discuss the time scale and desired budget of our clients for a full comprehension of the project and its goals. After the meeting, a complete brief is sent to our clients along with a proposal.
Based on the initial meeting and brief, we create a concept scheme that outlines the project for discussion. Space planning, appliances, colour schemes, materials, sketches, and finishes are presented to the client for review and revision before moving into the next stage of the design.
We provide an estimate based on the clients’ architect’s plans or through our initial site visits. Once this is confirmed, we go on to provide 3D visuals and a detailed quotation. After one final site measurement (if required) we work with the homeowner to sign off a detailed set of elevations, plans and unit breakdown before your dream kitchen goes in to production.
When everything is signed off the building of the bespoke kitchen begins in our workshops. Finally, a fitting date will be confirmed and our craftsman will fit the kitchen – this timescale can vary dependent on the project size. Aftercare is extremely important to the process and we do require a site visit after the project has been completed, to check everything is as it should be.
At Round Oak Interiors, the end of your installation is not the end of our commitment to you. We aim to visit all projects around a month after the installation has been signed off.
This will give you the opportunity to catch up with your designer and be advised on how to care for your products, as well as getting the most out of your appliances. We want you to use your space and gadgets to their maximum potential! Once we have completed a project within your home, we are confident that the service will have offered will encourage you to return to us for any future renovations.
